MATER
When Companhia Teatro Livre gave me the text of the play Mater, I knew I was facing a challenge. The intricate relationship between the characters causes several moments of tension, which I tried to illustrate musically in the best possible way. The result was quite satisfactory for everyone, and the piece was highly praised by the general public. For this grateful audience, and also for those who have not seen the play, here is a testimony.
